Andrew_39 has escaped from the 1st Visit Area/Hill overlooking Main Beach. He was part of a VLB DNA experiment being conducted high up above the beach. VLB Scientists cloned his DNA and produced 30 plus other Andrews in an attempt to take over VLB one by one. One day he mustered up the strength and courage to hop the fence and make a run for it. He has been seen on the beach, in Cabo and is now missing.. He is VLB's Most Wanted...

THE ESCAPE:

Andrew hopped over the electric fence and free-fell down the cliffs into Main Beach Ocean.

From there he most likely swam to shore and found a disguise and a vehicle to get away.
